Zoho Integration & Automation

Make Zoho the front office that Feeds Your ERP.

Your property ERP is the system of record, and it should stay that way. Zoho is where the front office lives: forms, e-signature, ticketing, approvals, custom apps, and deal pipelines. Assetsoft connects the two with Zoho Flow and APIs, so data flows automatically between Zoho and Yardi, MRI, or Procore instead of being re-keyed by hand, with CRM pipelines feeding MRI or Procore where you need them.

 Connected

 To Procore, MRI & Yardi

Can Zoho integrate with Yardi, MRI, or Procore?

Yes, Assetsoft connects Zoho to Yardi, MRI, and Procore using Zoho Flow and APIs. Zoho serves as the front-office and workflow layer for forms, e-signature, ticketing, approvals, custom apps, and, where it fits, CRM feeding the right data into your property platform so it isn't re-keyed by hand. Where Zoho CRM manages a deal or bid pipeline, it feeds MRI or Procore; if you already run Yardi's own CRM, we integrate Zoho's other front-office apps with Yardi rather than duplicating it. Either way, the ERP stays the system of record firmly.

Why connect them instead of choosing one?

Because each system is best at something different. Your ERP runs property and project management; Zoho runs the front office and the workflows around it. Forcing everything into one tool, or keeping them in separate silos with manual re-entry, both cost you. Integration lets each do what it does best, with data consistent across the two, no double entry, no drift.

The Model

Zoho on top, your ERP underneath

A clean division of labor: Zoho handles the front office, the ERP stays the system of record, and integration keeps them in step.

FRONT OFFICE · ZOHO

CRM, workflows, and the customer-facing business

Leads and deal pipelines, investor and tenant relationships, vendor onboarding, approvals, ticketing, and custom apps — where your team works day to day.

INTEGRATION · ZOHO FLOW + APIS

The automated connection between them

Triggers and actions move the right data both ways — so a deal that converts in Zoho CRM creates the matching record in MRI or Procore, e-signed documents and form submissions update the right system, and ERP data shows up where the front office needs it.

SYSTEM OF RECORD · YARDI / MRI / PROCORE

Core property & project management

Lease accounting, CAM, investment management, construction project controls — the heavyweight platform stays authoritative for everything it's built to do.

In Practice

The Kinds of FlowsWe Build

Concrete, everyday automations that remove manual re-entry between Zoho and your other systems.

Zoho CRMMRI / Procore

When a lead converts to a signed deal or project in Zoho CRM, the matching record is created in MRI or Procore automatically — no re-keying, no missed handoff.

ProcoreZoho Books

Project costs, commitments, and invoices from Procore flow into Zoho Books, so the books reflect project reality without duplicate entry.

Zoho FormsCRMMRI / Procore

An inbound enquiry form creates a CRM lead, and on qualification pushes the contact into MRI or Procore — one capture, consistent everywhere.

ERPZoho Desk

Tenant or vendor data from the ERP keeps Zoho Desk current, so support tickets are handled with the right context attached.

Zoho SignCRM / ERP

A signed document in Zoho Sign updates the deal or record status automatically and files the executed copy where it belongs.

Any triggerNotify / Approve

Threshold breaches, new records, or status changes trigger notifications and route approvals to the right person, on time.

For Small Builders

Procore for Projects,
Zoho Books for the Money

Plenty of small general contractors and construction companies run Procore for project management but don't need or can't justify a heavyweight construction ERP for accounting. For them, Zoho Books is an affordable, capable fit.

Assetsoft sets up Zoho Books for the construction back office and connects it to Procore, so project costs, commitments, and invoices flow into the books automatically. You get real project management and proper bookkeeping without the cost or complexity of a big ERP.

Procore + Zoho Books, connected

1.
Procore runs the projects — budgets, commitments, change orders, invoices.
2.
Zoho Books runs the accounting — AP, AR, expenses, reconciliation, reporting.
3.
We connect them so cost and invoice data flows from Procore into the books.
4.
Optional managed bookkeeping — we keep the books current as a service.

How We Build

Integrations That Don't Break Silently

A connection is only useful if you can trust it. We build for reliability, not just for the demo.

1

Map

Document the data and the workflow on both sides before connecting anything.

2

Choose

Pick the right mechanism — Zoho Flow, native connector, or API and scripting.

3

Build

Develop with error handling and monitoring so failures are caught, not dropped.

4

Support

Maintain and adapt the integration as your systems and processes change.

Why Assetsoft

We Understand Both Ends of the Connection

We know both sides

Certified across Yardi, MRI, and Procore, as well as Zoho, we understand the data on both ends, not just

how to call an API.

ERP stays the system of record

We design integrations so your property platform stays authoritative. Zoho feeds it; it doesn't

get bypassed or replaced.

Built to be reliable

Error handling, monitoring, and sensible retries mean a failed sync is surfaced and resolved,

not silently lost.

Right tool for the job

Zoho Flow where it fits, native connectors where they exist, custom API work where it's needed

Chosen on merit.

Affordable for smaller builders

The Procore-plus-Zoho-Books pairing gives small contractors real capability without

enterprise-ERP cost.

Bookkeeping included

Beyond the integration, we can run the Zoho Books back office as a managed service so

finance stays current.
